Private support, one click away
A member presses a button and gets a private channel with your staff. No lost DMs, no help requests buried in chat.
Free forever on the free plan. No card, no trial clock.
Try it: open a ticket
support
One button to open
Post a message with a button or a menu. Each one can be its own kind of ticket: support, reports, applications.
Quiet by default
No ping when a ticket opens. The first staff member who replies takes it, and the rest of the team can see that.
Questions first
Ask what you need before the ticket opens, so staff start with the full story instead of asking for it.
Every chat saved
Closed tickets keep a transcript you can read in the dashboard or post to a channel.
Tools for staff
Saved replies, labels, priority and private notes. Rename, add people or assign a ticket right from the dashboard.
Free to start
2 kinds of ticket and 50 open at once on the free plan. Paid plans add more, staff teams and support hours.
Questions?
How does a member open a ticket?
They press a button (or pick from a menu) on a message you post. The bot makes a private channel that only they and your staff can see.
Does every new ticket ping the staff?
No. Tickets open quietly. The first staff member who answers takes the ticket, so nobody else has to say they are on it.
Are the chats saved?
Yes. When a ticket closes, the bot saves a transcript you can read in the dashboard or post to a channel. The free plan keeps them for 7 days; paid plans keep them up to a year.
Can I ask questions before a ticket opens?
Yes. Ask up to five questions in a pop-up, and the answers are the first thing your staff see. Paid plans can use a longer form instead.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan has 2 kinds of ticket and 50 open tickets at once. Paid plans add more, staff teams and support hours.
