Getting started
Introduction
Build slash commands, auto replies, games and server tools for your Discord server. No hosting, no setup.
Custom Commands lets you add your own commands to your Discord server. You make them on the dashboard, and the bot runs them in your server.
A command can be as small as a one-line reply, or as big as an economy with coins, a shop and a leaderboard.
What you can build#
- Replies and info commands.
/rules,/socials,/serverinfo. - Fun commands.
/8ball,/coinflip, trivia, games with buttons. - Server tools. Polls, giveaways, reminders, ticket panels, role menus.
- Systems that remember. Levels and XP, coins, warnings, birthdays.
- Automatic actions. Welcome messages, auto roles, replies to keywords, scheduled posts.
Two ways to build#
No code. Type a reply, pick an embed, add buttons. Most commands need nothing more. Use variables like {user.mention} to make the reply personal.
With code. When you need logic (random picks, saved data, buttons that do things), add a few lines of Python to the command. These docs list every function you can use, with examples.
Tip
Not sure how to write it? Ask Slushy, the AI agent on the dashboard. Describe the command in plain words and Slushy builds it for you.
How these docs are organised#
| Section | Read it when |
|---|---|
| Getting started | You are new. Make your first command in two minutes. |
| Guides | You want to build a full feature: levels, economy, tickets, giveaways. |
| Concepts | You want to understand buttons, forms, saved data and limits. |
| API reference | You write code and need the exact name and arguments of a function. |
| Examples | You want a small command to copy and change. |
Using an AI assistant?#
Give it ccbot.app/llms-full.txt. That file holds all of these docs as plain text, so the assistant can write commands that work. Every page also has a Copy as Markdown button at the top.
